Ban the bullets silly, not the guns

The UK (a region that banned private firearms ownership in 97) reports that the medical personel there are now seeing regular shootings (after the ban) and are now more prepared to treat gunshot victims, proving the ban that was intended to keep them from happening in the first place, is bogus.

Horay! Gun control works!

The chances that you will be shot are greater now, after the ban, but so are the chances that you will survive! Monumental success!

Darnit, I'm at work and don't have access to the stats ...

But generally, the stricter the gun control, the higher the incidence of gun violence.

If I can manage to juggle the books and the typing with one hand, I'll have more to say later on ...
