QWOP

I'm stuck on this game, QWOP. You control the left and right thighs and calves of a runner with the Q, W, O, and P keys. It is very difficult to get him to do anything useful. The most I've run is about 15 meters. The goal is 100 meters.

Thare are a ton of funny gameplay videos out there, and a few where people actually know what they're doing.

The only way I haven't been playing all day long is because, this morning, my guy fell down and balanced perfectly like this:

I got 11.3 meters by hopping along on one knee...

One does not simply QWOP into Mordor.

Lil' Griff has been on this for the last week or so. Very frustrating business.

The most useful thing I have made him so is impersonate someone with St Vitus Dance.
15M impresses me enormously.

-0.7 meters before I got him to slam onto his nose.

I clearly do not understand the mechanics of running.

2.7 meters in grand Ministry of Silly Walks style.

I am able to fall much more gracefully, at least.

Massively multiplayer scrabble is much more my speed: http://wordsquared.com/

Well, now I know what I'll be doing on slow nights at work.

Although typical of my scrabble playing, I had N O X I O U (blank tile) sitting on my tray and absolutely no place to play it.

The biggest mistake you can make is to try to build words in your hand. That is completely backwards.

What you should be doing is looking at the board, and where there are openings towards multiplier tiles.

looking at one of the most successful vids I see the person uses QP WO WO QP

(QW WQ QW WQ while simultaneously OP PO OP PO)
I'll try it.

Hector's claiming 19 meters using a similar gait...
