I surpass nothing. I am as I am, and consistently. My bitterest opposition have something wrong inside them. I think it's a shortage of values recognizable as valuable.
To sustain Leftism or Progressivism demands that you never fully become adult. You must cultivate a condition of dependence that substitutes the State for your parents. This is extremely bad -- not only for parenting but for the state as well. It's an ill-advised conflation of the two spheres or rôles.
Prizing adulthood as I do, I am hence fundamentally a conservative, and live a mentally healthy life despite any pratings from the dopes around here who are sure, with a religious degree of faith, that they can find evil or madness in my heart. Shouldn't the healty mind believe in something a little... grander than that? No wonder I treat these with contempt.

Having children tends to do that -- and I know it's not infallible, but that's still the way to bet. A good many of the Dwellars are young and single -- or old and single. We can think of a few apiece who are likely single for a reason.
