Meet Ben Wilson. For the last six years, Mr Wilson has been working in London producing his art.

He finds gum that has been spat out on the ground and thereafter flattened; he dries it with a heat gun and lacquers it, and then he paints it.

Thus transforming a gross form of litter into a miniature work of art.

I am much relieved. i thought for a horrible moment he might be sculpting it and i did not want to think about how he might resoften it.

I like the idea. Turns nasty into interesting. And if you don't like it, then just remove the gum.

And if he runs out of gum in safe places to paint, he can chew his own.;)

Did they stop the moving walkway for him to paint it?

...and if they didn't, will he take off?

This is the type of art that's kinda neat, but then meh.
Granted I have zero artistic talent.
