In remembrance of Veteran's Day, let's post pics of what we look like in uniform. I'll start with

kodacolor. kodachrome's colors would still be accurate. kodacolor is the one that turns red.
Nice one BB - How old are you in that pic?
Do you remember those boots? My uncle still tells stories about "those effin boots" and how uncomfortable they were.
Merc - We need a pic of you
I like the Pic of Zippy, he seems to be saying "I got two speeds - flat out bustin my ass, or kickin back waitin for the next flat out bit. This is number two."
But hang on ... long(ish) hair, tea-shades, flashing a peace-sign? :eyebrow: What were you, some kind of hippy marine? ;)
My hair was reg ,
Steel Pot (Yes STEEL ) kicked Back catching some air on my Grape ( head )
Peace sign was , it just was
Now as to the shades , if You spent a Month OUT SIDE in the desert 24 7 Shades would be your friend as well
Thanks. BusterB's is gonna take a little more work. :D
Hey My Necks not red any More !!!
( Good Job Footz !!)
Thanks, Zippy. Here's the start of Busterb. Ted Turner be dammed! It's a little rough at the edges, like Busterb.
nice! I'm way enjoying this!
In the spirit of the holidays, here's a pic of me a few years ago in Kosovo
I have to find a pic of me in uniform and scan it...dunno if I can do that easily.
My friend tells me there is a personal time capsule of mine in his basement. He's been telling me this for two years now but has yet to detail contents. Time shall tell.
Or you could re-up, and get a new picture. :haha:
Merc - We need a pic of you
I'll try to put one up later today.

Thank you for the correction. I love learning.
You did fine work on the photos, too.
Me... on the way to somewhere.
C man. That photo could have been made in 60, 61 or 62. I was born in 1943. You do the math.
As for the boots, I wore them after discharge until I broke both feet. Then they made me cry.
Merc - that's pretty hardcore! LOL. You look like a mercenary in that one
