Pump Up Music

Our kids are very sporty and now old enough to appreciate/want "pump up music" What do your sporty kids/you use? (And what sports do they/you do?) Mostly we're into swimming and hockey -so we have lots of rock and rap and classic metal/rock for the hockey, and more current pop/rap for the swimmers.

here are some of the tracks we find work for both:

Eye of the Tiger, by Survivor, is a traditional pump-up song.

Personally I like Ride of the Valkyries, by Wagner, but I'm weird.

I felt a bit silly humming while putting on soccer shin pads.

My brother used to steal my Braveheart soundtrack and play the music from the battles in the locker room before football games.

I like your choices monster. If I were going to choose music for an event, I'd go with those. However, I would have to ask someone like you to know what kids like these days.
