Nov 9, 2010: Walter Muppet

This is Walter, the newest Muppet.

Image

Walter will star in a new Muppet movie next year, where in order to raise money to save the original Muppet theater, he comes up with an "original" idea.

"Hey gang, let's put on a show!"

Straight out of Our Gang Comedy's playbook. :haha:
But anyway they get all the old Muppets back together again, even Ms Piggy & Kermit.

I'm kind of embarrassed to point it out, but has anybody else noticed that right when they took this photo some dude's testicles can be seen in the background? Must be in a locker room.

Walter has got to be the most boring, generic Muppet I have ever seen.

Walter grew up out in the world, where he was different from everyone else, so he made a pilgrimage to find the other Muppets. Because of that, he's more like a people than a Muppet.

Seems once Disney Studios get a hold of something, the creativity plummets.

No, this is a prequel to that. Assemble the show to save the theater, then they can try to get it to Broadway. :haha:

Is Walter holding an iPhone? Please tell me that "put on a show" doesn't mean "post it to YouTube."
xoxoxoBruce • Nov 9, 2010 5:15 pm
iPhone, yes. First Muppet to have one, probably because he grew up in the real world separated from the rest. Youtube, no. Got to do it in the old theater in order to save it.
