How in the frick do you get off employing a nurse who clearly doesn't know one end of a patient from another. This agency needs shutting down.

Sadly this tetraplegic guy's attempts to protect himself from silly mistakes failed, but at least it's on video so this women -and perhaps more like her- will no longer be trusted with people's lives
