In the world of art, you sell yourself and your attitude. If the name is popular enough then you make money off yourself. So here I am trying to sell my self.
I'm probably worth 2dollars and 25 cents by myself but with my paintings and poetry I could sell for at least 40 dollars for a simple painting and 100 dollars for a deluxe.
I don't know, sir..... in today's economy, names have lost a good bit of their value. It's really a buyer's market. I was just reviewing this week's name auction report, and there is a glut of Michaels. I mean, you have to consider that it was the most popular name for SO LONG..... I go to this day program called project return, it's like an out treatment program for people with mental disabilities. I quit for like five years and when I came back one of my paintings had a picture of three monkeys painted over the top of it and there were paintings of monkeys everywhere...

Klyde, don't worry about what people want you to paint. If you sell what people want, they will keep expecting you to do that. Paint what you want to paint. Then put it out and the people who like it will buy it.
