Want to skip the trailers, ads, FBI warnings, and other bullshit, before you can watch the movie you got the damn DVD for? Then watch this one minute video that'll show you how. ;)

Usually I just hit the menu button and go right to the play movie part. Works on most.

Not on the universal ones.

Just tried it. It works pretty well. The only thing it doesn't skip past is the initial red copyright warning.

I bought an apex 1500 dvd player and there was this awesome firmware hack that by-passed copy guard (I need that because my tv is so old that I have to run the signal through my vhs player) and it also makes the dvd player region free. So now I can watch all my Bollywood and Chinese knock off movies. Actually, I never get to use the region free aspect, but it is cool to know that I have it.

I had an Apex DVD player that was such a piece of junk that someone stole it and they brought it back.:D
