Deodorant/Antiperspirant:
Need some ideas or reviews
I used to use the all-natural-metal-free stuff, but after awhile it seemed to stop working as well. I smell fine, but I perspire more than I used to. Without doing any physical activity or having emotional stress, I'll just have wet underarms. I'm really getting tired of it. I've even tried the OTC "prescription-strength" stuff, but I still sweat like a pig in a sauna. I want to switch back to all-natural-metal-free, but I'm not very good at these choices. The stone/crystals seem appealing to me, but I don't know what to trust. I planned on asking my gyno this year, and although I assume that is not a normal gyno question, I like mine a lot and trust her. Problem is she moved her practice and I can no longer see her. There goes that idea.
I'm looking for an antiperspirant more so than just a deodorant.
Is there any enlightenment y'all can give me? Has anyone tried the stones? How well did they work? What exact brand did you use?

"Aluminum-Free" is probably the most visible phrase you'll see while walking down the natural deodorant aisle. And some of the most popular natural deodorants in that aisle are the "crystal" deodorant stones and sprays. But most people don't know that these crystal deodorant products do contain aluminum!

If it were me, I'd try:
--drinking more water and exercise more, on the theory that this would help equalize my body temp, help dilute toxins and waste and excrete from all over my body;
--powder (NOT talcum, though--bad for your ovaries)
--light weight, absorbent clothing
