I used to be friends with someone nicknamed Gasket. And there was no real reason for it, except that the big kid at the end of the road heard the word one day, liked it, and assigned it to him. I knew him in his mid-twenties and everyone still pretty much called him that. I honestly thought it was his real name for a while. Suited him somehow.
Was he thin, flimsy and easily blown?;)
