Jan 16, 2010: Dear Deer

I got this in an email.

A person in Harrisburg has a cat who has a special friend that visits every morning. She finally took pics.

A Google search gives both Harrisburg, PA and Harrisburg, OR.
I refuse to believe the deer wandered into the yard and became friends. :headshake
They had to have grown up together, or the deer was injured and became friends while recuperating.

Or maybe it's a Wrasse Cat or Gobie Cat?;)

Actually, I looked on it as grooming. Diz does that to me. Not that I smell or have ticks or anything!

What is the cat's motivation? To be cute as hell! :)

The cat is just practicing for the day when it hopes it will be larger.

They both has flavorz.

I watched a neighbor's pet rabbit slowly befriend a fawn. Many times one would move too fast or too close and they'd scare each other to death. Eventually they calmed down, and mother doe would even lick the rabbit. Then it was hunting season and the deer disappeared.

Rabbits taste better than cats. (Just guessing)

I have licked a few cats.

And no cat/deer recipes yet. I am shocked, abnormally good behavior out of you guys. ;) (bri is pushing it)
