i cant imagine him being anywhere near as cute as the real thing. besides, i thought they stopped making snl with "funny".

I think they are funny, but not consistently like the good old days when I walked to school...uphill....both ways!!

You mean that they fired 90% of the cast and ran "TV Funhouse" for ninety minutes, and it's taken this long for word to get out?

Weekend Update is always good for a laugh or two. Beyond that, though, yeah, it's often awful.

IMO, Syc is right. It's been funny for a while. This season is the weakest in a long time though; it's uneven, sometimes a riot and sometimes just boring. They miss Will Ferrell and Ana Gasteyer. They still have the awesome Darrell Hammond though.

I think that SNL is always funny and that it all depends upon just how willing you are to want to laugh at their skits. I also know that SNL only hires the very best available talent, and indeed it will be a very sad day for me if the producers of the show ever decide to fold up.
