My life is too screwed up so I'm redecorating!

First step, quit my suck-ass job.

Yes, the roads will be safer for a while until I find a different one. One that will pay better. Respect me (for a change). Have better equipment. Allow me to bring my dog along without charging me $1000 fees.

Actually, you seem like one of the safer, more prudent (and skillful! He can back a B-double!) drivers. If you leave they'll just get some 20 year old cowboy with no experience or common sense.
