Is ClearTract only for women?

Cuz I ordered some from Amazon an hour ago, and then I got to thinkin' that the cutomer reviews seemed like they were all from women.

Of which I have none. I started taking my AZO last night, and it seems to help. I also found out men can take ClearTract.
