8/23/2002: Turtle skateboard

R.I. Tipsy is a tortoise from Madasgascar. He had a soft tissue injury of his right front leg. It's hard for these beasts to rehab correctly, I suppose because of their weight. So the vets at a Rhode Island zoo built a skateboard of sorts for him to roll around on while healing.

He's all better now!

An obvious upgrade path....where's Chuck Jones, now that we need him? :-)
