April 8, 2009: Badger

Coign • Apr 7, 2009 2:19 pm
Sent to me in an e-mail. I did a quick Google and the closest thing I could find was this forum which repeated the words I had in the e-mail sent to me.

I sell farm equipment and was sent this today.

By the way, it is not DEAD.

I am pretty sure this qualifies as one of the things that really pisses a badger off..

(And,) yes it was freed.

They drove up in the truck next to the bail and cut the strings to let it loose. It was indeed hacked the *&%$^ off (with just reason i would think).
this was done last year from what I understand.

Its not uncommon at all to bail up skunks, rabits and what not when hay season rolls around.

I have totally had days like this.

Objection, your honor. Those hayseed farmers are witnessing the badger!

I've changed my mind: Next time I walk down the aisle it's gonna be to bananaphone.

My next divorce will be to Viking Kitties.

Good one Coign, thanks. :thumb2:

Man, I wouldn't want to be in the same town when they cut him loose.

"Bale up!!!" Cried the outlaw.

"Forget it buster ... I'm carrying a badger" said the law man.

Excellent. Wish I'd thought of it.

You know, I heard this line in movies etc. years before I ever saw Treasure of the Sierra Madre and realized that this was the origin.

I don't know how many times I've used the "My name's Friday, I carry a badger" joke. I really did think of no stinkin' badgers, but was in a foul mood and didn't post it. So n'yeah.

Just to clarify, did you mean that you wish me to cease using my intellect and other things like that? Or did you want me to cease using my intellect and then take a crap?

:D
Shawnee123 • Apr 8, 2009 1:48 pm
I don't know. I have no recollection of writing that.

Ahem. If you will click on the link, you will realize your humble servant Hipshot subtly included the "Stinking Badgers" quote rather early in the thread.

I will now accept full credit and humble apologies...:right:

I thought the apologies would be a little more lavish than that...
