cellar dwellar collage
so.....here's something I'm working on....
it's just begun, and I can make it as big as I want....but I need to know who wants to be in there, and which picture you want me to use....I will listen to suggestions for placement, but maintain final say in that area.
what do you think?

to be clear....
what I am doing is pasting a picture onto a different layer, and then free hand tracing with my wacom
graphics tablet mouse. (mine's an older model) ...and then removing that layer.
the only talent required is facility with paint shop and being able to decide which lines to include and which to leave out. it's fun.
i can only work on it at night though, so......it may come along slowly.

I don't think removing people from a portrait is cool. I certainly won't be doing it. It represents the group at the time it was drawn, and reflects a little about how I felt about it at that time. There are a couple of folks that I didn't get around to adding, and I regret that, but...again.....that time has passed.

As a fringe Dwellar, I find this a very interesting conglomeration.......the artwork conveys the personalities of the subjects and shows some of their relationships to each other within the community. I don't know how I missed this as it was progressing (working) but it turned out to be an exceptional piece of art.

ah.. I think I got butthurt about something or other and stopped spending my time on it.
Butt's all healed up now, though. If I have some free time, I'll have to see if I still have the program I was using, and get the latest file off of my 2TB book drive back up. I wanted to do a couple other drawing for Christmas gifts anyway, so you may see a resurgence.
