I thought the South Beach diet was based on the Zone Diet principles. Balance good carbs with good fats and lean protein with 3 meals and two snacks each day. Its really the best way to eat for health. It can be really boring sometimes, but if followed through with properly, it will re-adjust your attitude towards food.
