EZ resize: I use
IrfanView instead of Photoshop to crop and resize. Photoshop is too big for the job anyway. Irfan is free and you can quickly run through a folder's contents and work with the images there.

Ok. I'm a moron. I don't know how to get my pics in one (vertical) row with text between the pics. Like UT's post. Please help me.

You have to upload them somewhere else (like flickr), then use the
icon to put them in your post.
UT has a bit of an advantage, as he can put them directly on the Cellar.

Glatt - excellent pictures, but -1 demotion for pan-frying brats. Brats should always be boiled in beer and grilled with onions.

Thanks Dana! The hippo is at the Camden Aquarium (NJ) and the distance shot is from the top of Hatteras Light house (NC).
Also, how is it you look about 19? Christ did you hit lucky on the aging genes or what?

Purple - Azaleas in the spring in Savannah are everywhere.
Electric - Philipsburg, St. Martin, NE.
Industrial - Savannah River, looking West towards the container port.
Mineral - From a rock quarry, hearth for outdoor FP.
Fail - Deer attempted to run across the road in front of sons truck.
Yummy - Toad in the Hole at The Feathers, pub in London.
Letter - Box of Cuban cigars obtained on cruise.
Strength - The force in a scrum down.
Locked - Biketoberfest, not to be broken.
Broken - Another relationship.
Distant - View from amusement park North of OKC, OKC in the distance.
Funny - Our friend giving a donut to a cop at St. Pat's Day years back.
Self - Heading South of the border 1994.
The Savannah shots take me home. Ahhhhh. I miss Sav'h.

5. Fail (Explanation: Me and my crew guarded this house during a wildfire in CA last summer. The splotches are fire-retardant gel. Whoever applied it to this house did a piss poor job.. you're supposed to completely coat any flammable surface. This house wouldn't have stood a chance if the fire had gotten near it. Also, WTF at spraying the glass?)
6. Yummeh (Little girl in Panama eating a fresh-picked mango.)

9. Locked (Decommissioned ICBM silo in South Dakota. Now a part of the National Park system.)
10. Broken (Explanation: The tubes are Coast Guard signal flares. They were faulty and as such wildly inaccurate and unpredictable. Useless for their intended application, but because they burn at like 1,000 degrees were great for us to light brush on fire during a controlled burn last summer.)

Do you mean the missle silo is just on the grounds of the park? Or can you actually take a tour inside it?
You can take a tour, but you have to reserve a spot way ahead of time (first come first serve) via snail mail and each tour is limited to ~8 people. Also, it's way out in the middle of friggin nowhere so unless you're a biker taking a trip to Sturgis or visiting the Black Hills, it's kind of out of the way.

Yeah, I had to smile when I saw the tractor shot. I spent most of a summer driving a tractor just like that. Looks like a Farmall Cub to me.
