NSFW content rating

i just posted a video on the "Funny youtube videos" thread and realized that it might not be appropriate for some settings. to solve this i made up a rating of how NSFW it was.

for the purposes of standardization and as a fun exercise, i give you my rating system:

1 of 5 - causes four year olds to ask inappropriate questions

2 of 5 - gets you in trouble at the high school computer lab

3 of 5 - impresses your seventeen year old nephew

4 of 5 - affords you unpaid time off from work if the wrong person passes by

5 of 5 - forces homeless men off the metro at the next stop


ranks one and two might be NSFW depending on the workplace. ranks three and up are almost always NSFW.

System simplified:

cat one: SFW
cat two: NSFW

If there is any doubt it doesn't go in SFW, post it in NSFW.
Life is short. Don't complicate it with numbers.
