Favorite food porn

So, what are your favorite food blogs?
I found a bunch -- but they're bookmarked on my other pc so I can't read them, 'cause I don't remember the exact names. (I hate moving.)

Anyone?
I've recently stumbled on The Pioneer Woman Cooks and smitten kitchen.

Psst. Foxmarks. It keeps your bookmarks in sync on all your firefox machines.

I've been using it for a while now. It's a great convenience.

I have bread and honey bookmarked but have never actually read any of the entries due to a general lack of time. Occasionally I'll click it open and drool at the pictures, though -- definite food porn.

I don't go to any specific sites, but what I like doing is finding simple recipes for traditionally complicated things.

For example, I've been looking for a really simple chocolate fudge recipe for a while now, and this year I found one. It only has three ingredients, and according to the people who sampled it this year, it's the best ever.

OMG I feel a little sick right now. Too much rich food sick. We just got back from one of the best meals I have had in the last five to ten years. Outstanding from the bread and hummus to the escobar with wakame, and pork tenderloin in cocoa with fried cheese and cheddar infused risotto, and then somekind of wine that was almost black it was so dark, and by dessert I really should have stopped but I didn't and now I am a little too full.

But day um it was good.

My new line of work is going to be food porn, interstingly enough, and I am going back to the restaurant next week to shoot photos of his plating. Will post pics to those who are interested.

You may have already seen the link if you read Pioneer Woman because she does frequent guest posts, but I like Dutch Girl Cooking as well.

Only from free association: there's a Mexican food distribution company called FUD. It's about like those England select-meats trucks, that tend to get the wife and me singing snatches of the Boar's Head Carol when we see one go by. We don't think FUD has anything to do with Elmer, and everything to do with interlingual joking. But you must pronounce FUD in Spanish.

Unrepentant hedonist. It doesn't get much more decadent than that.

I think the Homesick Texan is really going to teach me the way of Red Beans & Rice...

...having pintos & 'taters tonight. Herbed up some, with garlic, onion, green peppers, considerable powdered cumin, a little mix of dried red pepper flakes and other salsa seasonings I had sitting around in a bottle, all topped with a healthy shot of Tabasco sauce.
