Can we have a clock that shows me what time it is in Cellarland? Then I'll be able to work out how late I have to stay up (or early get up) to chat with youse guys?

i have a firefox add on that does that.....i have little flags down the bottom, and time for different countries

Well, you could just go click on User CP and change your settings to GMT-5 for the US east coast. Then the time at the bottom of the page (and all posts too) would show PA time.

Just take your time, and minus five hours. 2AM your time, 9PM Eastern US time. So to really chat you have to stay up to 5.
