I noticed an interesting thing last week: olive oil is liquid at room temperature (55°F), but peanut oil is a solid.

What? Solid. I have about 3 gallons in the garage and it is still liquid.

Ran to the cupboard to check - Its 66 in here, so FWIW they are both liquid.
