7/29/2002 extra: Dead beaver

Jax of Worth1K sends along this fine MONDAY image. Although it looks like it's been sharpened, we can trust Jax that it hasn't been photoshopped!

This is like that famous internet shot of the groundhog run over by the line painting truck. No, I don't intend to seek out Monday images from now on... it's hard enough to maintain the Friday concept.

We've had a lot of animal pics recently and if the queue is any judge, get ready for a bunch more. There is no shortage of them.

This is a painting. It has to be. It doesn't look real at all.

You know what, now that you mention it, it does look wrong.

I'm gonna make this an "extra" and post a new image.

Hmmm...though it's not road kill, I wonder if someone could take it home and cook it up under Tennessee law?
