I was warned in a round about way.

Mom never said anything, of course.

And Pop never said anything either.

But I heard it...

on the school bus...

on the playground...

in the locker room at school...



But they only said hairy palms!

Honestly... palms, that's all!

Nothing like this, ever.

I never gave it much credence, really.

Thought it was just an old wives tail.
