Looking for info

IN roughly 6 months i'm heading off with a munch of mates into asia, bit of a round trip backpacker style. Basicly flying into Singapore, up though Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Burma, Tibet, China, Mongolia, Korea, Japan. Roughly in that order. Apart form teh usual travel gides etc do any dwellers ahve any personal experience or tips in any of these places?(apart from Vietnam)

I've never been to any of them, but knowing your views, I would definitely watch what you say.
