in that singular moment, somewhere in the world, a child realizes that they are who they are. no longer are they comprised of reactions to their environ. From this moment on, they will create the reality they exist in.

this rare child, having awareness of them self in this unique fashion, shall one day rule the world. You can say that you knew him/her when. sadly, no one wil believe you.

The proud black stallions, long main flowing, fighting amongst the withered pines, hooves raised, natures beauty, natures struggle.

Wow, that's something I would expect to see in a painting.

Maybe it's a photograph of a painting? I have no background info at all... I just liked it.

I once saw a herd of horses running through a meadow of tall grass which had been heavily covered in dew. At the fore were two horses who were nipping at each other playfully, almost lustily as they ran. As the herd galloped through the soggy grass, a cloud of droplets was thrown up around them, which caught the low angle beams of the rising sun that were cutting through the trees on a ridge above the meadow, causing the spray to refract the light and surround the horses with a rainbow-hued glow as they ran.

It was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in person, another one of those priceless, irrepeatable moments of which there are so few in life.

This picture reminds me of that moment just a little.

Beautiful creatures.

btw, where has hoofhearted been?

We have friends who have horses, and I love to watch them 'play'. They are like gigantic dogs, nipping and chasing and teasing...I never knew how playful they could be.

If this is a real pic, I doubt those are wild horses, their manes are much too nicely groomed compared to what I've seen...still cool though!

elspode, I get the feeling that you could find a way to use the word lust into a description of two bloated sea lion carcasses. You are quite possibly the only living person hornier than myself. :D

Yes, but he does it so eloquently.

@Gravdigr, One of several sites where people post pictures they might have, but usually didn't, take. No explanations and often not even a title.

"Her darkly tanned breasts look like two bloated sea lion carcasses", he thought, lustily.
