Yes, it is morally wrong. Unfortunately, in this country, at least, it's not illegal. But I'm hopeful for future legislative action.

According to some buddhist sects he is on a higher path for attaining vice, greed, and most importantly: desire. Within the 10 realms he must first give in to true desire to attain genuine happiness....Which makes him most likely (at minimum) bodhisattva.
