Bet the truckers are going to love this.
PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano says the deployment of new photo radar or other speed enforcement technology on state highways is all about public safety. But her proposed state budget counts on the anticipated speeding fines to help erase a projected revenue shortfall.

Arizona cops and courts only exist to raise revenue. Nothing more. Public safety is something to spoken about in public and laughed about in private.

The state faces a projected revenue shortfall of at least $1.2 billion in the fiscal year that starts July 1.

Damn...that's a lot of speeders Napolitano's counting on.
The Legislature disagrees so far with the cameras.

Stay tuned, there's trouble in paradise.......as there is pretty much everywhere.....

A good place to start would be to see what she has added to the budget to up the costs. I know she has cut $500,000 from the state funds for National Guard GI Bill. Stupid biotch.
