Gah!

monster • Dec 20, 2007 9:37 am
I had 4 hours before my MIL's plane lands in which I needed to clean the house, do the laundry, do the recycling, shop, deliver sprog's cello to school, do a crapload of paperwork, get teacher gifts etc......

now I have only 3 hours, having sat here for over an hour doing fuck all. Reading age old posts that I just didn't get round to before or have absolutely no interest in, checking the weather, watching the plane's progress to see if it gets delayed.........

I am Queen of all procrastinators. Crown me.

Now that is one happy looking MIL! Is she eating a banana or giving you the finger?
Elspode • Dec 22, 2007 11:50 am
If that's your MIL, she looks like she's pretty shocked.
monster • Dec 22, 2007 11:56 am
Well she couldn't see the pic that closely when she gave me permission to post ;)
xoxoxoBruce • Dec 22, 2007 12:01 pm
Is it chilly or is she trying to decide whether to take her coat off or not?
monster • Dec 22, 2007 12:04 pm
 chilly
TheMercenary • Dec 22, 2007 12:07 pm
Her left arm looks broken, that or she has one really long wrist to finger tip length.
monster • Dec 22, 2007 12:09 pm
yeah, it took me a while to persuade her to have her picture taken.
xoxoxoBruce • Dec 22, 2007 12:17 pm
Gotta admit, she's the biggest and brightest ornament on the Christmas tree.
TheMercenary • Dec 22, 2007 12:23 pm
I thought she had on a tree hat.
classicman • Dec 22, 2007 1:30 pm
Perhaps some warm brandy would lighten her up.
Undertoad • Dec 22, 2007 2:47 pm
Sure, if you poured it on her and lit it.
monster • Dec 22, 2007 4:20 pm
meanies
regular.joe • Dec 22, 2007 8:43 pm
Monster, that is one busy place you have there.

Looking at your MIL I keep thinking of the joke, "I just flew in from Amsterdam, and boy are my arms tired!" :D
Urbane Guerrilla • Dec 26, 2007 3:00 am
I think it's kind of sassy fun she's giving the entire Cellar the ... Banana.
