I don't get it. What's they guy with the cattle prod supposed to represent? The American public?
I don't really get the symbolism either, but for some reason I thought it was funny.
Hey, humor is always magnified about ten times whenever monkeys are involved, and monkeys picking up turds are pretty funny in and of themselves.. but as a political cartoon, it stinks.
