No, the Cellar has a size limit.
The jpeg image can't exceed 1600x1600 pixels and 175 kB.
This one had to be reduced from 2944 x 1200 to 1024 x 768. It's not very clear.

I feel your pain! Another site, where I am the sole active administrator, has been completely inundated with chinese spammers recently. Captcha doesn't stop them nor does banning IP's or email domains, since they're some funky .cn designation and spoofed IP's. I deleted 247 registrations in ONE DAY, all from china. The good news is they do eventually slow down it seems.

I was just looking through the Accessories folder and noticed a Microsoft program called Snipping Tool. I've played with it a little and found that you can make irregularly shaped cut-outs, like the one below, as well as rectangular, window and full-screen clips. There's also a pen tool and a highlighter for marking up the clips.

Is there an easy way to make those? I tried clip and paste and it didn't seem to work.
I paste the screen capture in paint, then when I save the file I change it to jpeg. Then I crop it in office picture manager. This was the way I figured it out, there might be a better way though.
I do the same except I crop in Paint.

Select the area you want; copy; new picture; paste.
Trim the new picture to the size of your pasted area by dragging the little grey square at the very bottom right of the picture.
