Question for UT (and others)

UT, I was wondering if you'd host a collection for Bri to get a new wig if the one she's got can't be fixed? If we donated to the tip jar but put a note on the transaction or something maybe.

Would it work?

I would be happy to manage the transactions.

Also, if somebody wants to donate a "filling wig" animation I'd be happy to put that at the bottom of the page.

Here's a groovy wig. I think we should get one just like it!

any idea what the ballpark target for this project would be?

Ah, I think we oughta let Bri pick one out...prices on wigs range greatly depending on style, length, and what it's made out of. Real human hair are the most expensive, synthetics are cheaper, but I'd prefer to get one that won't melt off her head when she opens the oven to make yummy food for herself. There's pros and cons to the care of each so...bri...what's yer fancy?

well yeah. you've seen my picture right? no one is going to have me choose anything to do with hair.

I meant that wig pic for the gif to fill up Razz. I doubt it's Bri's style.

lookout, to get a good quality decent looking shoulder length human hair wig you're looking somewhere around $200au. I don't know what they're worth over there though.
Razzmatazz13 • Nov 14, 2007 6:42 pm
(Picking out meant in reference to price variation...not in reference to your *ahem* lovely wig-photo... :D )

Err, a good quality human hair wig is more like $500+AUD. The $200 ones are shoddy IMO.

Human Hair ones arent real easy to care for though, the ones with the real looking scalps cant be washed and you cant get them wet in the rain.

Anyways, you can get nice wigs that are user friendly when it comes to care for US$200-300.

My gf makes wigs for This mob and she recommends these dudes

Count me in.

Well my figures were from about 5yrs ago when I shaved all my hair off and my mother bought me a wig because she didn't want to be seen in public with a bald daughter. lol

I hardly wore it.

In any case, even if it costs more, I guess those who want to contribute will do so, and those that can't wont. Every little bit helps though I suppose.
