What a cool cat he was. We'll miss him.

What a great name. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing.
Bullitt • Oct 3, 2007 3:38 pm
He looks like the chill badass type. Likes to hang around, do whatever, but cross him and the darkest pit of hell will feel like Daytona Beach compared to what he's got in store for you.

What a beautiful cat, LJ. My condolences.
Kumbulu • Oct 3, 2007 4:43 pm
LJ, I'm so sorry. They take a piece of your heart when they go. Take comfort in the fact that he has left a paw print on your heart too.

How did you come to name him Bunyip?

ooooh, I'm so sorry. Looks like my baby. Wonderful picture to have and to keep, though.
monster • Oct 3, 2007 10:11 pm
I'd get in trouble if I offered a recipe at this point, right?

he was the same age as the cats we had to leave with MIL in England. It's a good age, but I'm not looking forward to getting "that call".

he looks that a true SRIUS CAT in that pic. I bet you had fun with him in those 14 years. Sorry he's gone.

Goodbye, Bunyip. :(

Nice looking cat , sorry to hear he's gone . We always had Siamese cats when we were growing up , way back in the 60's .....
rkzenrage • Oct 4, 2007 12:54 am
Sorry man.
Sam (Samantha), looked just like em', we were both 21 when she went.
Sundae • Oct 4, 2007 5:48 am
Like Monster said, a damn good age.
So sorry he's gone. A fitting tribute to your love for him that you posted.

I'm sorry about your cat, lumberjim. I've never shared this with anyone, but my cat died in the WTC on 9/11. . . . All nine times.
LabRat • Oct 4, 2007 10:20 am
That stinks guys. I am really sorry. Unfortunately I am not a cat person (severely allergic), but always thought Siamese were particualrly neat, because they get their coloring based on temperature. Your was beautiful.

My sincere condolences.

Condolences to the whole family, Jim.

He looked like a very imperious cat.

I'm sure he'll be missed.

Cats are furniture.

The couch doesn't come when I call it.

I really like my couch.

It is cuddly.

See, like I said, cats are furniture.

Man, losing a kitty is just the worst. Condolences to you and yours. 14 years is a pretty good run for a fuzzybutt, but you always wish you could have them forever.

Every time we adopt a new cat, I wonder if it will be the one that outlives me.
