I was planning to post a picture of my left wrist, showing the pale mark left by my watch. But it appears that I haven'tbeen out in the sun enough this year to get even that much. (I did get a minor sunburn on a trip to Marsh Creek State Park about a month ago, even though I had put on sunscreen.)

But there are two distinct tan lines in the picture. In this picture, I'm not wearing my tall socks, and I raised the hem on my shorts to <strike>scare the vampires with my blindingly white skin</strike> accentuate the difference. The picture doesn't communicate the contrast adequately. Must be some self preservation mode in the camera's software, designed to save it from self destruction when inadvertently pointed at the sun.

Well, I don't know if that's obnoxious. I don't necessarily think so. My husband reads most of the stuff i post here and he doesn't seem to care. That's kind of a new thing for me though. A lot of men have problems with their women being too overt with other men, not that I'd say I am here, but there've been times when I've wondered and he's said he doesn't care either way. It's nice not to have to pussy foot around what you want to say to others. I suppose if your husband feels you're being disrespectful then maybe, but I hardly see the difference between that and the both of you posting some pretty lewd pictures on here. Eh, he's just going through an insecure phase. He let me meet Els for lunch yesterday while he was golfing. Well, it's not like he had a choice. -sniffles- I miss tanning. I had PERFECT tan lines immediately after moving Stateside from Hawaii... but neither Georgia nor Tennessee is very good for tanning. Although on the plus, if I'm still here in Tennessee this summer, there's enough space to tan nekkid... :D

It is a choice, i put 70+ SPF anytime I spend a decent amount of time outside. I'll tan a bit every great once in awhile. I'll look young longer and reduce my risk of melanoma because I am so careful about it, I already have suspect moles. I like skin of most colors, but a deep tan (dif than having brown, asian, african ect skin) is just not my thing, and tan
