Once upon a time, there was a fair lady living amongst toads and trilobytes. She shot them all in Wyoming in 1958. There is now a monument in her honor in Spain.

The End

(Seriously, what is the point of asking a question like that without any basis...i.e. DID SOMETHING HORRIBLE HAPPEN?)

I want to know what they did in bad business to others.
Currently I know 2 people bit by business, and 4 from another web bit by them.
So I would like to know without my being specific yet honestly what they have done in bad business.
Legal Firms love this kinda stuff.

That's like coming on here and saying: OK, how many of you have smoked pot? I want names, addresses, and year of use. Don't ask me why, it's personal.:right:

Uh, baby darling dovey-love, as you can clearly see, I was not actually asking that question, I was pointing out what a moronic question you asked.
What a maroon. What an ignoranamous. Dear. Sweetcheeks. Lovey Pie.

They give bank accounts and credit cards to illegals.

Don't do business with them.

My experience with them has been fine, but I haven't tried to close any accounts. My brother did, and it took him over a year to get them to stop charging low balance fees on an account that should have no longer existed.

It is so nice to get a legit answer thankyou.
It seems that precise thing has happened to a few others that happened to your brother.
I would love to hear more answers in this line.

I'm very happy with BofA.
BrianR • Aug 31, 2007 8:21 am
my SO uses BofA too. She hasn't had any major problems yet.

I might be but I'm not sure yet. I get paid via DD to my main acct at my credit union. I have linked that account to my BofA (joint) account used for paying my bills and sending my emergency money etc. After that was confirmed, I set up a recurring transfer (weekly) to send money from the one to the other. Checking the balance in BofA, it's not showing the deposits that are shown in my credit union withdrawal list.

So where is the money going? We'll see.

Was searching for another thread and happened upon this one. Kinda thought that post was mildly humorous. Then again it is late.

Nice he was happy about something.

I know someone who has an account there. They also have a CC. All of sudden BoA started pulling money from the CC and putting it into the account for overdraft charges. They are charging him a freaking 49.9% rate for this! He didn't even give them permission to do it. He's working on getting it fixed.

I know two other people who had accounts with BoA. They both had all kinds of problems with them losing their deposits. That was a few years ago.

Personally, I would never do business with them.

I'm confused as to why someone would demand fucked-me-over stories from a forum like this one. And without giving a reason or explanation...unless this person intends to pump the posters in order to drum up business for a lawsuit or some such shit.
