History seems against them. I think most of these people are nut jobs, but who knows.

I don't see that the tax itself is a problem, the problem for me is more about they handle the money once they get it.

Radar has given us the full background on the issues surrounding the 16th Amendment before. It's a sham law, but a law nevertheless.

We've been over this one... my opinion remains that the court system is the final arbiter of what is law, and they say this is law so this is law.

I love the way that the minute the feds are sitting outside your property, it stops being a quaint little farmhouse, and becomes a 'compound.'

You can bet if these folks have more than one BB gun in the house, it'll be called an 'arsenal.'

I think that they're right, but they'll never win. Shame, really.

Well whether or not you have been over it before is really insignificant to those of us who are new here, this case is now in the news. So the subject has resurfaced. The law says these people are wrong. the second link pretty much disputes what they say and supports the fact that they really do not have legal leg to stand on, per se..
