Kitty Crack

xoxoxoBruce • Jun 18, 2007 10:40 pm
Instructables, has an article on how to make crack for your kitty cat. A step by step procedure with pictures, on how to distill the nepetalactone that makes your kitty twitch, from the catnip.

With a vial of this extract you too, can challenge James Bond for the supremacy of the world.

This reminds me.

#1 I have had to pull my pants up lately. I thought you were spying at work on me. My name begins with a k. :o

#2. I havn't wanted to use this but I have been curious about a certain liquid that makes people euphoric. It starts with an 'A'. I want to say Absolut but I know that isn't it.

Although a good bottle of Absolut downed in one sitting has made many a brave man.

skysidhe • Jun 18, 2007 11:14 pm
yes!

I guess many old time artists used it.

Most commonly reported experience?
The most commonly reported experience related to drinking absinthe is being drunk AND hallucinating.
Absinthe is literally rat poison...

Called the green fairy I've read it is dangerous. Wormwood is an herb but no place do I find it called rat poision.

i was watching some really weird ass animal planet thing once where all the cats in the neighborhood would congregate at an actual catnip plant, they would all eat some of the leaves, get high, and have like this crazy cat orgy. there was even one cat in a velvet smoking jacket.

Absinthe......overrated. Get some acid if you want to trip:P

Somebody on this board posted pictures of his gray cat, sitting in the catnip patch.... with a cheshire grin.
Cloud • Jun 19, 2007 11:20 am
It's alarming to think someone might actually make this and give it to their cat. :(

because the comments indicated that it may possibly to be toxic to them. Regular catnip on occasion is one thing--this is . . . like giving acid to children.
bluecuracao • Jun 19, 2007 7:09 pm
Catnip all the time isn't good for cats?
Cloud • Jun 19, 2007 7:14 pm
well, I consider it a treat, not an everyday thing. Some cats aren't even affected by it. Mine are, but I don't want them to be junkies--they're crazy enough already!
bluecuracao • Jun 19, 2007 7:46 pm
Ah, okay. Catnip doesn't make my cat too crazy...he'll just kind of roll around while rubbing his catnip cigar all over his face. Then he'll look at us upside for a while, and fall asleep clutching the cigar like it's a teddy bear. lol
Cloud • Jun 19, 2007 8:11 pm
LOL! or like a drunk cradling a bottle.
