Most Doctors will choose medicine over politics, but they claim they didn't operate on Kim. Why would they lie?

They could claim patient confidentiality, or maybe they want to avoid the international political backlash over helping a man in a country that most consider extremely dangerous. Most countries in the West have a ban against trade with NK via UN sanctions. Just a guess.
