A shower head broke and now the wall is filling up with water.. and pouring out of one of the two light switches in the bathroom.





But its okay! Maintenance will fix it tomorrow, they said to just avoid that shower for awhile. :shocking:

I broke a shower head last week at my dorm...it was also when we needed all three showers.

Yeah, that doesn't look good.

Couple of years ago, one of our upstairs toilets' wax collar broke and the water drained to the lowest point to drip through to the downsatirs -which happened to be a light fitment in the study -right above the computer. scary moments. Especially when you consider that it was bog water.....

Looks like a breeding ground for foot fungus to me...

Does your school have the thing where if your roommate dies, you get automatic A's?

Well, hell. You're all college students. They figure you're smart enough to know not to throw a light switch that's visibly leaking water...right? Right?

Nevermind.

From the location of the floor drain, I'd say that this possibility was considered in the design of the student housing.

I had a roommate that sometimes threatened suicide so people asked me that a lot.
