Let me give you your signature dish

Everyone needs a signature dish; a meal or entree that is distinctly them. For a limited time I will give you a signature dish based on your cellar persona.

If you complain about your meal you won't get dessert.

The kitchen is open.

[COLOR="Blue"]"...He and Bob start to discuss this as though it was an actual news event, until Keith interrupts them, to point out that it was just a joke. Weisswurst is a veal and pork sausage from Bavaria. In U.S. meat markets it's usually called something else, but I can't recall what. It's also one of my favorite sausages.

Glatt, then you'll like what's been happening to eggplant (aubergine across the pond) in the past three decades of hybridization effort: that strip the roof of your mouth puckeriness that eggplant used to finish up with has been bred out of the eggplant crop. I'll look up a Turkish recipe known as "Fainting Imam" for a kinda different sort of take on how to eat eggplant -- look for it over the next couple-few days on the Most Recent Recipe Thread.

It's there now.

Wolf I had a hard time not sending you a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Instead I am offering you a bacon cheese burger withfried onions and mushrooms served on a kaiser roll. If you've ever eaten at Greasy Nick's (aka Leno's Clam Bar) then you know what I'm talking about.

Rocky road ice cream for dessert.
