Persians? What Persians? Iraqis are Arabs. Persians are Iranians.

One guy was calling the other guy an Iranian and a Persian. Sorry I did not write and essay net-nanny.

I was basing my reply on the intro graphic. They are speaking in Arabic and the guy they are calling Iranian has an Arabic name - maybe he's a spy or something.

Iranians are Sunni (I think) and Sadam was Sunni. The majority of Iraqis are Shiite.

I think that is why they were arguing but I am not sure.
I could have switched Sunni and Shiite as well but I know the sect of religion in Iran and Iraq are different.

It is not the religion, the culture is Persian vs Arab. Some try to say it is a race difference.
