I've just gotten a notification from The Cellar telling me:
That IP is from a pool belonging to Kornet, in Korea.
This is just a public service FYI, so that the users and administrators of the board are aware of the login attempts, and I make this post in the hopes that they will begin drop all packets originating from Korea at the router, As Is Good And Proper On All Networks.
