Ever see that movie 'Blow-Up'?

This is kind of like that. I went to Nuevo Laredo a couple of days ago and just happened to snap this picture on the way back across the International Bridge:

See the bullet holes? I didn't notice them until I uploaded the picture. There has to be some backstory here...

I suppose the first question is: Which direction were the shots fired from? :-)

Yeah, I saw that movie in class once. Pretty crazy stuff. What would be crazier is if you went back.. and the bullet holes were no longer there.
