Anyhow, I can't smile much lately because the DOI has blocked most of my favorite sites. I don't spend that much time surfing at work, and I have NEVER gone to a porn site with my government computer, but it was nice to check in on my Cellarite community once and a while.

Dude that sucks. Although, I almost strangely wish that I couldn't goof off on the internet literally all day.

I guess the deal with the smilies is that they often don't look like what they are called: "neutral" looks like "discouraged" etc.
(so, as they are intended to communicate additional non-verbal content, they can often communicate the wrong content...)
