now, this could all have just gone in the WTF thread, but this is just too outrageous; it needs its own thread, if not its own IOTD! (hint, hint)

I think this was an IOtD, one time. These guys really get into it....costumes, and all. The problem is the judging is completely subjective and there's a lot of nationalistic politics. The good thing is, there's a lot of beer, too. :D
