I don't use the ignore feature. I want to see all the conversation flow. But it recently occurred to me that having a checkbox to annotate a user as being "not suitable for civilization" might be useful.
Well, I could just put it in my signature line and save everyone the trouble.:o

If we all had boxes that asked if we were fit for civilization or not, everybodys box would eventually get checked :lol:

My suggestion was not that the checkbox would do anything, nor would my checks be available to anyone else. It's just that the Cellar has gained a lot of users recently. I'm having trouble keeping track of who's who and a way of keeping annotations on people would be useful.
Slashdot has "friend" and "foe" icons, and second-degree icons, like "friend of friend", etc. I don't think we're quite to the level of needing those yet, but it's an interesting system.
As I don't have any friends or foes on slashdot, I use "friend" to be a user who has posted something interesting, and "foe" to be a slashdot administrator.
Can we have a penicrania icon for real dickheads?
