I read somewhere that the land where New Orleans sits right now will have to be abandoned as a location for the city within the next 20 years or so. Basically it'll get so expensive to protect the city from hurricanes that it would make more sense to just relocate the whole damn thing.

Not that it'll be any great loss, they've been on a downward spiral now for so long it'd probably be better to just scrap it.:neutral:

Glad you said that! I was having trouble working out what was scary... then again it took me a while to work out where I was looking at too, so it's obviously not aimed at furriners :)
